- Can anyone book a therapy session?
Yes, please register with the site and follow the THERAPY BOOKING process.

to arrange an appointment with a member of our sales team and discuss your requirments in detail.
- How do I book a therapy treatment?
Please register with the site and ensure you are logged in.
Go to THERAPY BOOKING, search using your post code for your nearest available therapists. You can read each therapist profile by clicking read more... on the listing. Once you have chosen your therapist click Book Now. On the bookings page enter your preferred and secondary preferred date and time for a session and click on your payment method. If the therapist is not available on either time you will receive a message informing you of this and please select alternative times. Once you have an available time click the payment method required.
Your therapist will contact you within three days to confirm the booking.
To redeem a gift voucher please select this payment option and enter the code [comprehensive gift voucher details are available at Gift Vouchers FAQs].
Once payment has been processed your therapist will be notified of your booking and will contact you personally to finalise arrangements.
Your diary of current bookings are available to view in My Bookings.
- Is the credit card payment process secure?
Yes, we use SecPay online payment service provider. This is secured with a 128bit encryption, look for the https instead of http in the URL and the padlock icon in the bottom right corner of the browser page.
- My therapist hasn't contacted me to confirm the booking?
Please allow three working days for your therapist to contact you. If you do not hear from them within this time please contact the offices on 0870 067 3240.

It is important that Complete Therapies Agency take the time to discuss and assess the most appropriate and tailored scheme for your organisation. - How soon can I make a booking?
Bookings are available seven days in advance to allow time for the therapist to confirm details. If you require a booking before seven days please contact the offices on 0870 067 3240 and we will endeavour to assist you.
- How long is one session?
Sessions booked through the website last for one hour including any consultation,
unless stated in the therapists profile description.
Therapists can also be booked for half or full day corporate events and for

- What treatments are available?
